Operations Haus didn’t come from a perfectly run business.
It came from being exactly where you probably are.

Operations support for service-based businesses

I’m a mom of three, a wife, and the one behind Operations Haus. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, so building something of my own was always part of the plan. What mattered more was building it in a way that actually fit my life. Something that still works on a random Tuesday morning when I get a call that a kid is sick, and still works when I’m making it to all my kids’ practices and not missing what matters.

That same mindset is how I approach business.

I'm Kelby

I practice what I preach when it comes to boundaries in business. I didn’t build this to be tied to my laptop all day, and I don’t believe you should be either. The goal is to build a business that runs without everything depending on you, so you can step away without things falling apart.

Boundaries

I look at what’s actually happening in your business, figure out where things are getting messy, and bring it back to something that feels clear and manageable again. Not a full rebuild and not a bunch of unnecessary tools. Just better structure, better workflows, and a backend that actually supports the way you run your business.

What i do

I work with growing service-based businesses that are doing well but feel more complicated behind the scenes than they should. Most of the time, nothing is actually broken. Things have just grown faster than the systems supporting them, and now everything feels a little scattered, harder to manage, and more manual than it needs to be.

Get to Know Me Quiz

"I was drowning in the operational side of running our club. Registration, tournament logistics, emails, scheduling, it all lived in my head. She stepped in, built automations, organized our processes, streamlined registration, and completely transformed how we operate.
The amount she took off my plate is honestly hard to put into words. I was finally able to focus on coaching, growing the club, and serving our athletes instead of constantly putting out fires. She thinks three steps ahead and somehow always has a solution before I even know there's a problem."

Sports Club Owner

Jessica

"Before Kelby, every process in my business lived inside my head. She took the time to understand how I worked, then built and put into place programs to make everything run more smoothly. She doesn't wait to be told what to do; she anticipates needs, improves processes, and makes my business feel lighter. Having someone I can completely trust with the backend has been invaluable. She brings a level of organization, professionalism, and ownership that's incredibly rare."

Financial Firm

Craig

"The biggest difference with Kelby isn't what she does. It's how she works. She's proactive, organized, dependable, and always thinking several steps ahead. Instead of waiting for direction, she finds opportunities to improve processes, create clarity, and make things easier for both our team and our clients. She quickly became an invaluable part of our business, and I genuinely can't imagine running things without her."

Marketing Agency Owner

Mandi

"One of my favorite things about working with Kelby is that I never have to over explain anything. I can hand her an idea, a voice memo, or a messy task and somehow it comes back organized, polished, and finished.
She handled my podcast editing and backend tasks with so much care and consistency that it felt like she'd been part of my business forever. She's proactive, dependable, and incredibly easy to work with. Having someone I could completely trust was invaluable."

Words from those who were in your shoes

Trying to keep everything moving, juggling clients, messages, schedules, and all the behind-the-scenes work while also trying to actually run the business. Things weren’t falling apart, but they also weren’t running in a way that felt sustainable, and everything started depending on me.
At some point, I realized it wasn’t a time management problem or something I could just push through. It was the way things were set up.
So I started restructuring how everything worked. Cleaning up systems, building better workflows, and giving myself permission to set boundaries in my business instead of being available all the time.

HOW OPERATIONS HAUS CAME TO BE...

That’s what Operations Haus was built from.
Now I come into businesses and help do the same. Cleaning up client operations, organizing admin operations support, improving workflows, and getting systems like CRMs and backend processes working together in a way that actually makes sense.
From operational strategy and planning to hands-on implementation and day-to-day execution, this is support that holds up as your business grows.
Because you shouldn’t be the bottleneck in your own business.

If your business feels harder to run than it should, it probably is.You don’t need to keep managing all of this on your own.

At some point, it stops being something you can just “figure out."
